OUR POLICIES

FARES AND GRATUITY

In order for us to provide the most competitive rates in Colorado our Fares to all ski areas are discounted for smaller parties at the time the original reservation is made. If additional guests are added after the reservation is made the additional Fare is $30 per person. All quoted Fares do not include gratuity. As is customary a Gratuity of 20% will be added to all reservations. Child seats, baby seats and booster seats are available upon request at no extra charge.

RESERVATIONS

Our reservationists are available by phone 7 days a week; 7am to 10pm mountain time. Call us at 720-662-8070.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

Changes are made by calling our office and speaking with a reservationist. Once you confirm the original reservation, you will be asked to provide the updated details for your reservation. If you are changing on short notice, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to accommodate your request due to availability, you can keep the original reservation or cancel the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card is required to make a reservation. Any reservation canceled within a 24 hour period before the initial scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a full charge for the quoted price including Base Rate and Driver Gratuity. Any reservation cancelled within 7 days of the initial scheduled pick-up will be subject to the 50% deposit being nonrefundable. This deposit can be used toward a future fare less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the initial pick-up are fully refundable less a $50 cancellation fee. Exceptions are only made due to extreme weather conditions resulting in flight cancellations or the inability to traverse the roads.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

All fares require a 50% deposit paid thru any acceptable credit card. This is due at the time the reservation is made. All reservations made within 24 hours of the initial pickup require the fare being paid in full. After the completion of the ride the credit card on file will be charged for the remaining balance. For round trip reservations we require a deposit of 50% of the full fare including gratuity. After completion of the first leg of the round trip the remaining balance will be charged from the credit card we have on file.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS

We constantly monitor the flight arrival information that you provide to us. Please call 720-662-8070 as soon as possible if there is a change in your flight arrival times in Denver. If your flight arrives earlier than scheduled we normally will arrive at this earlier time if possible. If your flight arrives later than scheduled that usually is not a problem unless the driver has later scheduled pick–ups. Please check in with us to see if there any schedule conflicts. We will allow for up to a 2 hour flight delay without extra charges.  After a 2 hour flight delay there will be additional charges if the delay runs past 11:00 PM. This is because our fares are higher between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The extra wait time past 11:00 PM is $50 per hour.

DENVER AIRPORT MEET UP LOCATION

At the Denver Airport all arrivals are met in the Main Terminal. Once you arrive in Concourse A, B or C from your aircraft, take the underground train to the Main Terminal. In the Main Terminal there are pick up locations on the East Side and West Side, depending on your airline. The limo parking area is located less than 5 minutes from either side. Once you have retrieved your baggage please call your driver on the phone number we have previously provided. The driver will meet you on Level 5 (Baggage Claim Level) directly outside on Island 2 (Limo Island) on the East Side or West Side depending on your airline.

WAITING TIME CHARGES

Airport: There will be no charges for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 60 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic or international flights. Once the grace period has passed, waiting time will be billed at $20 per quarter hour.

Non-Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. After 15 minutes has lapsed the additional charge will be billed at $20 per quarter hour.

NO SHOW POLICY

Airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location for the arriving fight information you provided to us and there has not been any contact with Colorado Airport Express after 60 minutes for domestic flights or 75 minutes for international flights you will be considered a “No Show” and billed the full fee including the base rate and driver gratuity. If you can’t locate your vehicle, DO NOT LEAVE! Call our office and we will locate your driver and assist you in locating your reserved car.<

Non-airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location, you will be billed a full charge for the quoted price including base rate and driver gratuity. PIT STOPS

Our service to all ski areas includes quick stops of up to 20 minutes along the Interstate 70 corridor once we have left the Denver metro area. This can be for food, coffee, dispensary or needed rest room stops. Additional time spent for grocery shopping or lunches are billed at $50 per half hour. We do allow food and beverage to be consumed in our vehicles. But smoking of any kind is never allowed.

GUARANTEE

DAMAGE

Customers will be held liable for any damage that they cause to our vehicle including a $100 carpet cleaning fee in some extreme cases.

LIABILITY

Colorado Airport Express is not responsible for passenger expenses in the event of a mechanical failure. Colorado Airport Express is not responsible for items left in our vehicles. We ask you to please check the vehicle before you leave the vehicle. If something is found, it is entered into out Lost & Found box in our secure office until it is claimed.

Colorado Airport Express respects individual privacy and is committed to protecting and insuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. The following describes the type of information we collect when you visit our site and how we use that information.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In order to use certain services we provide on our site, you will need to register with us or fill out a form. When you register or fill out a form, we will gather such information as you name, phone numbers, mailing, and email address. If you make a reservation, we will also ask you for your credit card information to process payment. This information will not be used for any other purpose than processing and/or referencing your reservation and will not be shared with anyone outside of Colorado Airport Express.

WHAT WE DO WITH INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal data is collected to facilitate the online booking process as well as to ensure efficient processes each time a customer logs on. Information such as name, addresses, phone numbers, email address, and credit card data are stored so that you will not have to re-enter the data again. We do not sell, rent, or disclose any of your personal identifying information to third parties.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Colorado Airport Express secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your information is secured on computer servers in a controlled, secured environment, protected from any unauthorized access or use. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
